Shipping Policy

Free Shipping

Free shipping applies to standard locations within the 48 contiguous U.S. states. Noble Appliances reserves the right to choose delivery type, carrier, and service level of each shipment when free shipping is selected.

For freight shipments, free shipping includes curbside delivery and liftgate services. Special considerations and fees may apply to certain delivery exceptions (i.e. deliveries to remote or hard to reach areas).

Free shipping does not apply for deliveries to non-standard locations, locations outside of the 48 Contiguous U.S states, to Alaska, Hawaii, any U.S. territories, or any shipment that requires a ferry or boat for delivery.  Please contact us at +1 888 462 4280 or email info@nobleappliances.com for a non-standard shipping quote. Your order will not be processed until you have approved and paid for these non-standard shipping costs.

Shipping is not available to P.O. Boxes or Military APOs.

Parcel Shipping

For items generally under 150 pounds, they will be shipped via ground with a parcel carrier, such as FedEx, UPS or USPS.

Freight Shipping

For items generally over 150 pounds, they will be shipped with a freight carrier with curbside delivery and liftgate service. 

The driver will remove the item from the truck and place it curbside, you will be responsible for relocating the item from there. 

Anything past curbside delivery must be arranged before placing the order.

The driver will require your signature on the Bill of Lading for a freight delivery.  Please ensure you inspect the item before accepting delivery and note on the Bill of Lading any damage present or missing items.

In order for us to assist you in submitting a claim for shipping damage, you must notify Noble Appliances within 24 hours of delivery.

By signing the Bill of Lading without noting any damage or missing items on the document, you are accepting that your full order has arrived in excellent condition.

Order Processing

We will process and ship your items as fast as possible, so your order may ship sooner than estimated, and you may receive multiple deliveries.

Orders are generally processed within 1 - 2 days Monday through Friday, except for holidays, with transit time of 2 - 6 days once shipped.  

These time intervals are estimates, dependent on final destination, method of shipment, and may be impacted by factors outside of our control.

Expedited Shipping

Items shipped via parcel service may potentially be expedited for an additional cost to decrease shipping time or guarantee a delivery date. This will not affect order processing time, which may have manufacturer or distributor constraints. 

Items shipped via freight service are generally shipped with the most expedient delivery option and there are limited means to expedite further.

International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping.

International orders are not eligible for free shipping and our return & refund policies do not apply. You are solely responsible for any duties or taxes incurred.

Shipping Damage

If your items arrive damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at +1 888 462 4280.  Shipping damage claims are time sensitive and require photographs illustrating the damage (minimum of 4) in order to file a claim with the shipping carrier.

If accepting the delivery, note any damage or missing items on the Bill of Lading prior to signing, and retain any damaged items and the original packaging.

For items that are severely damaged, refuse the shipment, take photographs illustrating the damage (minimum of 4) and note on the Bill of Lading: “Refused delivery due to damage”.

By signing the Bill of Lading without noting any damage or missing items on the document, you are accepting that your full order has arrived in excellent condition. 

Shipping Address Changes

For items being delivered via Parcel or Freight Carrier, changes to the shipping address can be made before the order has shipped by contacting us at +1 888 462 4280 or info@nobleappliances.com.

Undeliverable Shipping Address

Please ensure your delivery address is correct, you are responsible for shipping costs both ways on orders returned that are marked undeliverable by the shipping carrier.  These shipping costs and a restocking fee will be deducted from any refund if applicable.

Reshipping your item is not covered under free shipping and will be at your cost.
