Return & Refund Policy

RETURNS

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at (888) 462 4280 or email info@nobleappliances.com to return or exchange your item(s) within 30 days of the delivery date, with proof of purchase. Note that returns or exchanges are not accepted for items that are not in as-new condition, have been installed, are no longer in their original packaging, and special orders.

Upon return, your item(s) will be inspected, and exchanges, credits or refunds will be issued for the purchase price minus original outbound shipping costs, a restocking fee of 22% and any return shipping costs. Any taxes charged will be refunded in accordance with applicable laws. We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges of items that are not in as-new condition.

CANCELLATIONS

You may cancel your order before the item has shipped or been placed into production for a full refund.

Refunds will be applied to the method of payment used to originally purchase the item.

SPECIAL ORDERS

Special orders begin production immediately upon order placement and are built to your specifications. As a result, the item(s) cannot be canceled, changed, returned or refunded at any time.

SHIPPING DAMAGE

Please inspect the packaging of your items when they arrive, if you notice any damage, you should make note of it when signing for delivery on the bill of lading.

If your item(s) arrive damaged please send photos of the damage and product packaging, along with a brief description of the damage to info@nobleappliances.com and we will assist with processing an insurance claim.

Photos must be sent for freight shipping damage claims within 24 hours of arrival or the freight damage claim will not be valid.

WARRANTY

Warranties are provided by and vary depending upon the manufacturer - see manufacturer's warranty for details.

CHARGEBACKS

Our team is here to assist you and resolve any issues. We have purposefully made our policies as fair as possible, and we believe they are the top in the industry. We are on your team. We are responsive and will do all that we can to help you and provide the best resolution.

Given this, any customer that files a fraudulent chargeback will be held criminally liable for theft. If you have not received a product or have a concern with a product that you did receive, please contact us, and we will help you resolve the issue. Please do not file chargebacks for issues that we can resolve together.

When you are making a purchase from Noble Appliances, you are acknowledging as follows:

  • I understand I am to inspect the items upon delivery and notate and take pictures if there is any damage and provide it to Noble Appliances within 24 hours of the item being delivered.
  • I understand that if my order has left the warehouse, I am unable to receive a full refund.
  • I understand that I am responsible for the cost of return shipping and the cost of any new items shipping in the case of a refund or exchange.
  • I understand that items need to be returned unopened and unused.
  • I understand that if I return my order once it has shipped, I will be responsible for return shipping costs and a restocking fee of 22%.
  • I understand that all sales are final for special order items.
